Every part we sell is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery:
- Rubber tracks and rubber track pads: 12 months
- Steel tracks: 30 months
- Undercarriage parts (sprockets, rollers, idlers): 6 months
How to make a claim
- Contact us with your order number, your machine make, model and hours, and photos of the part.
- We review the claim, usually the same business day, and tell you the next step.
- Approved claims are repaired, replaced or credited.
What is not covered
- Damage from improper installation or track tension
- Cuts, punctures or tears from debris, rebar, demolition or sharp material
- Normal wear, or use outside the machine manufacturer’s guidelines
