Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse network by ground or freight carrier. In-stock orders usually leave within a few business days, and we email tracking as soon as your order ships. Large items such as tracks ship by freight; please make sure someone can receive the delivery.
Damaged deliveries
Inspect your delivery before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos, the sooner the better.
Returns
- Unused parts in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us first for a return authorization; returns without one cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was wrong or defective. A restocking fee may apply.
